Your primary responsibilities 🔭
In this highly collaborative position, your ultimate goal is to empower technical users of Fleet & osquery to adopt and be successful with these technologies. You will use your knowledge of the tech along with understanding the security, IT, and compliance needs of organizations to deliver value to both paid and open-source users.
Publish screencasts, blog posts, and code/infrastructure samples for achieving common use cases for osquery using Fleet.
Envision and bring to fruition novel use cases for Fleet & osquery.
Contribute directly to the Fleet & osquery code and documentation.
Interact with and grow the community on Slack, Twitter, and any other relevant channels.
Develop and present conference talks, workshops, and trainings.

🔩 You are competent with the essentials of markdown syntax and GitHub's web user interface. You use issue trackers and other worthwhile processes to get more meaningful work done.
🗣️ You have great written and oral communication skills, especially in English.
🍥 You appreciate the value of a good digital user experience and consistent design, and you will contribute iteratively to that where you can.
📚 You can curiously learn new things, come up with ideas, and apply existing standards.
🦉 You have 4+ years of equivalent experience as a developer advocate, software engineer, security engineer, or technical product manager.
